The official Seychelles Electronic Border System FAQ says travellers aged 1 to 59 may need to upload a Yellow Fever vaccination certificate when travelling from a country or region where Yellow Fever is endemic. It also states that transit through a Yellow Fever-risk airport for less than 12 hours does not require the certificate under its current guidance. The current published SEBS FAQ states that there are no COVID-19 travel restrictions in place for travel to Seychelles. Public-health requirements can change, so check the official system before your trip.
Current DRC-related health measures
Tourism Seychelles published a notice stating that, effective 14 October 2026, foreign nationals travelling from or having recently travelled to the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) must meet additional conditions, including a minimum of 21 days outside the DRC before travelling, compliance with health monitoring requirements and supporting documentation where applicable. The published guidance says travellers can submit the required authorisation or disembarkation information up to 30 days before arrival or at the last port of departure to Seychelles.
